Avancez LLC announced today that the company will invest more than $54 million to start new operations in Haywood
County, creating 501 new jobs. A Tier 1 automotive supplier for Ford’s Blue Oval City, Avancez’s new facility will be
located on the Blue Oval City campus near Stanton, TN.
Avancez is a woman owned business headquartered in Michigan. They assemble powertrain, chassis, and tire and wheel
modules, all-in vehicle sequence and just-in-time to customers’ build broadcasts. They also provide integrated ordering,
containerization, and logistics services while interacting with the dynamic global supply chain. The company specializes
in complex assembly, lean manufacturing solutions, supply chain control, best practice partners, and empowered teams.

state of Tennessee in 2023 with $750,000,000 of announced capital investments. Ford’s Blue Oval City project in
Haywood County won first place in Site Selection magazine’s “2021 Top Deals in North America” with an announced
capital investment of $5.6 billion and 5,800 jobs.
